The villa offers five en-suite king bedrooms, open plan kitchen with gas and electric stove, dining room with an inside fireplace, lounge with full satellite TV Bouquet, media room, heated plunge pool, covered terrace with outside braai.The outside shower is perfect for sandy feet. Simple gardens envelop the outskirts of the property further enhancing the intimacy and seclusion of the property. The Villa gate is 10 seconds relaxed walk to the entrance of the Boulders Beach Penguin estate. With solar power, load shedding will not be an issue and the villa has good security with an electric fence and burglar bars over all windows. Ample parking in car park in front of the Villa. Daily service can be arranged at an additional charge and a weekly linen change is included in the daily rental.
