Bo Kamer Guesthouse is one of the highly recommended Ermelo guest houses and provides accommodation in 16 guest rooms for tourists visiting the Grass & Wetlands region.
About Bo Kamer Guesthouse
Conveniently situated between Durban / Drakensberg and the Kruger National Park, Bo Kamer Guesthouse is a neat, Victorian style house that was built in 1934.
Accommodation
The Guesthouse has 16 en-suite guestrooms, of which three rooms are in the main building and six are outside rooms each with their own entrance. The main building (which includes the dining room) boasts beautiful, original yellow wood flooring.
Our rooms are spacious and all rooms have en-suite bathrooms, DStv with Plasma TV's and free Wi-Fi. We have off street parking available.
Six Twin Bedrooms:
These rooms are furnished with two single beds and have an en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.
Three Double Bedrooms:
These rooms sleep two guests in a double bed. The en-suite bathroom has both a bath and shower.
One Family Room:
The Family Room is a spacious room that sleeps a total of four guests in one double and twin beds. The en-suite bathroom has a bath and shower.
Meals
Breakfast and dinner are served. Breakfast is included in the rates but there is an extra charge for diinner.
Location
We are well positioned and are close to all amenities like schools and a shopping centre. Ermelo is well situated for a stopover between the Kruger National Park and Durban and the Drakensberg Mountains. We are also well situated between Johannesburg and Swaziland.

This is our most spacious room with two spacious outside windows. It has two twin single beds and there a space to put two more single beds. One of the two windows looks out on our beautiful garden wile the other looks out on the parking area. The room has a high ceiling with genuine old lead ceilings. The floors, door frames and doors is made of beautiful Oregon pine wood. The en-suite bathroom has a bath (with shower in the bath as well as basin and toilet. Absolutely friendly and well inviting. Lovely and clean. Good place to stop with kids. Nice big yard with swings for kids to play n run. Value for money especially for a quick over night stop. Little bit of noice from odd traffic passing by on main road, but still slept through the night with no problems. Well rested, and still worth the stay. Would recommend stay here again.
