CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made 0-20 days prior to arrival - 100%
Cancellations made 21-45 days prior to arrival - 50%
Cancellations made 46-90 days prior to arrival - 25%

Cancellation fees are only levied if damages are incurred as a result of the cancellation. Should the accommodation be resold, cancellation fees will be refunded less a 5% handling fee.
