DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation booking is required to confirm all direct reservations. The balance is payable 7 days prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed by Blue Jay Lodge and confirmed in writing. Travel Agents and Tour Operators are required to pre-pay accommodation 30 days before arrival.

Where a reservation is made 7 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of the total accommodation charge is payable in advance to secure the reservation.

Upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, Blue Jay Lodge will confirm the reservation in writing.

CANCELLATION POLICY

25 % cancellation fee if cancelled 45 days and less prior to arrival
50 % cancellation fee if cancelled 30 days and less prior to arrival
100 % cancellation fee if cancelled 14 days and less prior to arrival or no show
In addition a 5% administration charge will be deducted from the refunded amount
