Above rates are inclusive of VAT and the bed levy and include luxury accommodation & full country breakfast. (excluding villa which is self catering), use of all facilities – swimming pool, tennis court, walking trails in the mountains and mountain bikes.
Rates exclude dinner, excursions, gratuities, laundry and valet services, telephone and fax calls, bar purchases.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Reservations are confirmed on full deposit payment.
Full accommodation payment (deposit) must be made 30 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Bookings cancelled 30 - 21 days prior to arrival, 25% of deposit will be forfeited.
Bookings cancelled 21 - 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of deposit will be forfeited.
Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival, 100% of deposit will be forfeited.
Refunds are subject to a 15% administration fee, and a waiting period of seven working days.
