How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations made the day before or on the expected day of arrival, or within the duration of your stay, will liable for 100% of accommodation costs for the days cancelled.
Cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior to arrival date will forfeit 50% of the total accommodation costs for the full duration of the stay booked.
Cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to arrival date will forfeit 25% of the total accommodation costs for the full duration of the stay booked.
Cancellations made 15 to 21 days prior to arrival date will forfeit 10% of the total accommodation costs for the full duration of the stay booked.
