Mid Season: 1 November to 17 December and 5 January to 31 March
High Season: 18 December to 4 January

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 50% deposit secures the cottage.
The balance to be paid after a satisfactory inspection on arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 25% fee will be levied on the total amount for bank, admin and agent's fees on cancellations up to 30 days before arrival.
Deposits are forfeited on cancellations after this date.
