DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required. Full payment must be made seven days prior to the specified Arrival date to avoid cancellations.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival: 50% of the full reservation rate
Cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the full reservation rate
All bookings will only be confirmed with a 50% deposit paid. Should a reservation be cancelled after payment is received, regrettably, this deposit is non-refundable.
In the event of an early departure or check-out, The Bird Hide reserves the right to charge for the full duration of the original booking.
Should no notification of a cancellation be received by The Bird Hide for a confirmed reservation, the full value of the reservation shall be fortified.
