Notes:
Prices negotiable if 4 people or less want to book the house.
Minimum stay of 4 nights in low season and 7 nights in high season.
Maximum 8 people, including children under 12; Minimum 4 paying adults.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A deposit of 50% is require within 7 days of booking to secure the reservation. The balance, plus a R500 fully refundable key deposit, is due 7 days before occupation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

50% of the deposit will only be refunded if a booking is cancelled more than 42 days (6 weeks) prior to the check-in date.
