Welcome to your perfect escape in the cosmopolitan city of Cape Town. Just minutes from the centre of town, our luxurious villa offers you both comfort and taste on the famous Atlantic Seaboard. Camps Bay has the most beautiful beaches the world has to offer, with top class eateries to choose from, and boutique shopping at your discretion, you will not need to venture far for entertainment! We are located close to several special beaches, a close walk on foot, yet far enough to feel the peace and serenity of our majestic surroundings. ACCOMMODATIONBerkley House comprises of 3 different units: a ground floor apartment, Main House and Penthouse Suite. All 3 units are available individually or together on both a B&B or self-catering basis. Ground Floor Flatlet The ground floor flatlet comprises of 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. In addition there is a fully functional kitchen together with an open plan dining room and lounge. The lounge has a fold away sleeper couch that can accommodate an extra 2 people. The Main House The Main House comprises of 2 Family Suites, each of which can sleep up to 4 guests. The downstairs portion has a King size bed and leads out to a deck with magnificent sea views. The mezzanine level has a single bed, with another pull out single bed as well as a full bathroom comprising of a spa bath and separate shower. The Main House also has another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a shower. The Penthouse Suite The Penthouse Suite commands the most magnificent view of both Camps Bay beach as well as the 12 Apostles mountain range. It has a spacious deck with an outdoor 6 seater Jacuzzi. The Penthouse Suite also comprises of 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. In addition there is a fully functional kitchen together with an open plan dining room and lounge. The lounge has a fold away sleeper couch that can accommodate an extra 2 people. FACILITIESAt Berkley House we offer an expansive open living space with inviting books, local newspapers and general tourist information, and dining area to enjoy our sumptuous English breakfasts. Relax on a lounger by the sparkling pool situated , offering a refreshing alternative to a swim in the sea, and a definite sundowner spot. Enjoy cocktail hour at our more intimate bar area, and experience our warm hospitality and good service. We also have barbecue, fax and Internet facilities available to guests of Berkley House. ATTRACTIONSThe city itself boasts a wide array of attractions, the Table Mountain Cableway is two minutes away, the V&A Waterfront offers restaurants, shopping, harbour cruises, helicopter flips, movies, the oceanarium and museums.
