DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
A deposit of 50% of the daily rates will confirm the booking/safari, with the balance due and payable at the beginning of that specific booking/safari. The deposit should be paid in a minimum of 120 days in advance before the commencement of the contracted booking/safari.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made 21 to 28 days prior to arrival, guest forfeit 40% of the deposit.
Cancellations made 14 to 21 days prior to arrival, guest forfeit 50% of the deposit.
Cancellations made 7 to 14 days prior to arrival, guest forfeit is 75% of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival, guest forfeit the full deposit.
