Benri B&B and Self Catering is situated in Gonubie, a resort town about 20 km from East London. Gonubie is a popular holiday destination with a safe swimming beach, river and long boardwalk which have attracted a number of organized holiday programs. Offering a wide selection of amenities and sport facilities, a nine hole golf course and several game reserves are all within easy reach as well as the beautiful Wild Coast which is only a few hours’ drive away. Gonubie is a excellent choice for a family holiday. With its tiered, modern design, clean lines and uncluttered, beautifully appointed interior, Benri appeals to people on business trips and guests become regular visitors and friends. Benri B&B is situated in Oceanway, which runs along the shore. It is here that the cyclists, joggers and strollers can relax away from the city’s hustle and bustle. The Gonubie coastline and the Gonubie River mouth offers several suitable fishing spots for fishermen. The river and swimming beach are ideal for families with children. AccommodationThe three level guesthouse comprises of two self-catering units and three bed and breakfast rooms. Benri offers ample, secure off-street parking and all units have TV with M-Net and DsTV. Bed & Breakfast The B&B units, both with sea views and large balconies are on the second level. Each room has a bar fridge, microwave oven and coffee / tea facilities as well as braai facilities for the guests. From the spacious living area on the second level with its wide balconies and panoramic views guests can relax and enjoy watching the dolphins and whales. Self Catering The penthouse, a two bedroom unit with breath taking 270 degree sea views, takes pride of place on the top level. This apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, hob, microwave oven and fridge. In the enclosed braai area, also with a seaview, one can have a braai even if the weather is bad. The bachelor flat with its fully equipped kitchen, as well as a full bathroom is on the ground level with its own entrance , lawn and braai facilities. ServiceGuests at Benri will experience quick and efficient service and staff who are determined to make guests feel welcome and at home. Benri’s owners and hosts Ben and Riëtte, are assisted by receptionist Gloria and our breakfast chef Mandisa who is known for her scrumptious breakfasts, whilst Cynthia and Liesbet being a great help in cleaning rooms and assisting Mandisa with the preparation of breakfast.
