Belmont Guest House is a new 4 star guest house situated in a residential area just north of the city centre. It is a modern, luxury guest house that will impress the discerning corporate guest, tourists, weekenders or people that want to stay for an extended period of time. It is very central with easy access from all main routes, the airport and the city centre. For the safety of our guests, the property is secured with an electric fence, controlled access and CCTV.

Guests can make use of a specially dedicated guest kitchen / braai room, equipped with a hob, microwave oven, refrigerator, a built in braai / barbeque and all necessary utensils. Our corporate guests often invite some of their colleagues for a braai, or families staying for the weekend can prepare their own meals and enjoy eating on the balcony in summer or inside the kitchen / braai room where there is also a solid wooden table and chairs.

Accommodation


Belmont Guest House has 12 luxury and spacious en-suite bedrooms with white percale linen, a desk with reading lamp, safe, air-conditioning, television with M-net and selected DSTV channels, tea / coffee facility, hear dryer, wi-fi internet and a small refrigerator. All but one of the bedrooms, have direct access to the balcony or garden that provides the privacy that guests enjoy.

There are:
• Three double bed bedrooms
• One family room with a double bed and two single beds
• Four twin bedrooms (two single beds each)
• Three twin bedrooms (two double beds each)
• One self-catering room (two single beds + sleeper sofa) with own kitchenette

Some of the rooms also have a sleeper sofa for children. The three twin rooms with double beds are extremely spacious with full bathrooms and large desks that is perfectly suited for jurists that need a lot of space to work.

Breakfast and Dining


Breakfast
From Monday to Friday our breakfast consists of a fresh fruit salad, yoghurts, fruit juice, five cereals, filter coffee / tea, toast and a full English breakfast. On most weekends we serve a light breakfast which is free of charge. It includes all the above except the English breakfast.

Dinner
Although close to good restaurants, a home cooked dinner is available to our regular and long term guests and must be pre-arranged.
