CANCELLATION POLICY

Less than 7 days forfeit 100% of total amount.
From 7-14 days forfeit 75% of total amount.
From 14-21 days forfeit 50% of total amount.
From 21-28 days forfeit 25% of total amount.

Provisional bookings are held for 14 days.
Please note that confirmation is due within 14 days in writing.

If a booking is cancelled AFTER CONFIRMATION a cancellation fee of 10% excluding VAT will be charged to cover the costs and time of administration work involved.
