A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

To secure a booking, a 20% deposit is required to be paid in advance via direct bank deposit or in cash. In addition, the tenant shall pay a deposit of R200.00 for each set of remote and keys handed to him/her. Both these deposit amounts will be refunded via direct bank deposit once the remote and keys are returned and the apartment checked for breakages, etc after the tenants stay.
