DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

• 50% paid by bank transfer to confirm and secure the reservation
• The balance to be paid prior to arrival, with the exception of Christmas Season bookings which must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 30 days prior to arrival, a 10% administration fee will be charged to cover banking and handling.
• Between10 -30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit will be retained.
• Less than 10 days prior to arrival, the full deposit will be retained.
