Season Self Catering Basis
Peak Season (School Holidays and 11 Dec 2009 to 7 Jan 2010) R1800.00 per day for the whole house (maximum 10 persons)
Long Weekends and Public Holidays R950.00 per day for the whole house (maximum 10 persons)
Out of Season (Rest of the Year) R800.00 per day for the whole house (maximum 10 persons)
Notes:
Please note that your deposit will be forfeited in the event of more than 10 persons occupying the house.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

50% deposit will confirm your reservation.
Full payment + R1000.00 breakage deposit before arrival.
The breakage deposit will be refunded within 10 days of your departure. This deposit will be forfeited in the event of more than 10 persons occupying the cottage.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation with more than 14 days prior notice - a R500 admin fee will be charged
Cancellation between 8 and 14 days prior to arrival date - 50% of booking fee refund + full breakage deposit refund.
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival date.....Breakage deposit refund only.
