Beachhaven Hpouse is a three-bedroom self-catering holiday house, located on the Prince's Grant Golf Estate. The house, which comfortably accommodates 6 people, has WIFI, air-conditioned bedrooms and a private plunge pool.

This popular holiday home has fabulous ocean views from almost every room and is a few minutes' stroll to miles of unspoiled beaches. Prince's Grant is a secure estate is located on the Dolphin coast overlooking the Indian Ocean just 45 minutes north of Durban and 25 minutes from the airport.

Ground floor:
Hall with concealed pool table; Car ports and garage for three cars.

First Floor:
• Master bedroom: Queen size bed
• Private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower & air-conditioner.
• Double bedroom: Queen size bed & air-conditioner
• Twin bedroom: Two singles & air-conditioner.
• Family bathroom with walk-in shower and separate large size bath.
• Quality white linen and towels provided. Just bring beach towels.
• Guest washroom & toilet located off stairs to second floor.

Second Floor:
• Living area: Open plan L-shape kitchen, dining and lounge area with stunning sea views.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric hob, oven, Nespresso coffee machine. Six seat table and chairs.
• Lounge: Two sofas, two cushioned chairs. TV with Compact DStv provided along with large selection of DVDs. Wi-Fi. Landline telephone. Outgoing calls can be made using a Telkom World Call Card.

Beach Haven is situated on the magnificent Prince's Grant Coastal Golf Estate on Kwazulu Natal's North Coast, also known as the Dolphin Coast. This golf course has been ranked one of the top 20 golf courses in South Africa and enjoys panoramic views of the Indian Ocean. Golf Digest has rated the estate as "a 5-star golf experience".

There is top quality 24-hour security throughout the Estate giving peace of mind to relax. Visitors should also be reassured to know that it is also located in a malaria free region. Prince's Grant is named a site of conservation significance by the Natal Parks Board and non-golfers can enjoy nature walks, bird watching, canoeing and fishing in the lagoon.

There are also squash courts, tennis courts and communal swimming pools on the estate and bicycle facilities. Everyone can enjoy the miles of unspoiled sandy beaches and frequent sightings of bottlenose dolphins who are visible all year round. Guests can also avail of the Lodge's bar called Mulligans and restaurant, Bunkers.
