DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 50% deposit is required on all stays exceeding one day. Pre-payment in full is required for a one day booking. Payment in full is required on arrival. Only on receipt of your deposit will your booking be confirmed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation 0 to 14 days prior forfeit 100% of the deposit.
Cancellations 14 to 28 days prior forfeit 50% of the deposit.
Cancellations 28 days prior forfeit 25% of the deposit.
Cancellations after deposits have been received prior to 28 days.
forfeit 10% admin fee of the deposit.
