DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
A booking deposit is essential, and a booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay is required.
The balance of 50% is payable no later than 7 days prior to your arrival.
A refundable damage deposit of R1000 is payable. Please forward us your banking details so that your refund may be paid. This is done within 10 days of your checkout. Please note that the deposit WILL be withheld if more than 8 persons occupy the cottage.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival R500 admininstration fee withheld.
Cancellation between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of booking deposit refunded.
Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival, damage deposit only refunded.
