Cancellation received over a month prior to check-in date, forfeit 10% of the deposit paid.
Cancellation received 2 weeks to 1 month prior to check-in date, forfeit 25% of the deposit paid.
Cancellation received 1 to 2 weeks prior to check-in date, forfeit 50% of the deposit paid.
Cancellation received 1 to 7 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 75% of the deposit paid.
Cancellation received on the check-in date or no-show, forfeit 100% of the deposit paid.
