DIRECTIONS

From Jhb / Pinetown
Travelling on N3 from Pinetown, take the N2 (North Coast) highway.
Take the first off ramp M19 Umgeni. **
Turn right at the robot, and keeping left, follow road to M21 Riverside off ramp.
Take immediate left turn Riverside Road up to robot. Turn right into Riverside Road and continue along this road, keeping left. Road becomes Prospect Hall – Pick ‘n Pay Hypermarket on your right.
Keep straight on this road, crossing over at the stop street, to the end of the road (t-junction – Broadway Street)
Turn left into Broadway and first right into Balmoral (+- 5th entrance on left).

From Durban Central
Follow signs marked City. Take Victoria Embankment, turn left into Stanger Street – this becomes the M4.
Keep on this highway until you go past Pick ‘n Pay Hyper by the Sea, take the next off ramp Broadway / Durban North.
Follow Broadway around the bend and up the hill. Just before circle, turn right into Balmoral Drive (+- 5th entrance on left)

From King Shaka Airport
Follow N2 highway (Durban bound) till you see the Sibaya offramp. Turn right at Stop Street and follow road until you get to the circle (Sibaya Hotel and Casino on right hand side). Turn right to go around circle and left at the Garage, then turn right again to get onto M4 Durban bound.

Continue along M4 (towards Durban), passing Glenashley and Virginia turnoffs. Take the next off ramp marked SWAPO RD/DURBAN NORTH off ramp. Take this off ramp and follow road, past Engen garage on the left, road bends to the right, then left and starts going uphill. Before the 1st circle, turn right into Balmoral Drive, Guest House on the left (5 th property).
