DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

To secure a booking we require a deposit of the value of one night, which is payable by bank transfer when making the reservation. Alternatively credit card details can be forwarded.

CANCELLATION POLICY

On cancellation of any booking, a fee of R50-00 will be charged or:
100% of the deposit / one night’s lodging 1 week before arrival
75% of the deposit / one night’s lodging 2 weeks before arrival
50% of the deposit/ one night’s lodging 3 weeks before arrival
25% of the deposit/ one night’s lodging 4 weeks before arrival
In case the client does not show up or the reservation is not properly cancelled, 100% of the deposit or one night’s lodging will be charged.
