DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

25% deposit of the total accommodation cost is required to secure the booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 7 days or less: total value of accommodation cost, including no show or early departure
• 8 - 14 days: forfeit 75% of total value of accommodation cost
• 15 - 21days: forfeit 50% total value of accommodation cost
• 22 - 28+ days: forfeit the deposit in full (25% of the total value of accommodation cost)

On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation Avatara levies a 7% administration fee on any refunds processed. Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R195 charge will be levied.
