Deposits are often required to confirm a booking. Please enquire with Avatara Guest House for details.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 60 days prior to check in date 25%of deposit will be retained.
• 30 days prior to check in date 50% of deposit will be retained
• Less than 30 days prior to check in date 100% of deposit will be retained.
• For short stays made during High or Peak periods – full payment will be requested. * Short stay – deemed as 1 or 2 night occupancy.
• Non arrivals during High or Peak periods will be held responsible for the full amount.

On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation Avatara levies a 7% administration fee on any refunds processed. Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R185 charge will be levied.
