In additon to the tranquil surrounds, warm hospitality and superb breakfast, I was overwhelmed by the kindness of the hosts. Hanna & Bossie went way beyond the normal duties of hosts to assist me in solving the problems which had brought me on an unexpected visit to Pretoria. It was not my first stay & if I can manage it, it will not be my last - I would happily visit South Africa again just to spend a few days with my wife at this gem of a gust house. If you are visiting Pretoria, Avalon is the perfect place to stay at. This guest house is situated in the prestigious aria of Pretoria and the rooms are very nice and comfortable. The owners are a very nice couple, knowledgeable of the area and very helpful with their tips on how to make the most of your time in Pretoria. I can recommend this guest house wholeheartedly

Avalon, located in a beautiful area, was one of the rare places of accommodation which in reality looked identical to and as exquisite as the pictures featured on this site. The owners pay careful attention to detail and has obviously not overlooked any feature of comfort or convenience in providing for their guests. They are highly professional while exuding friendliness, warmth and hospitality that made my stay simply wonderful. Staying at Avalon was absolute value for money and a pleasure for the senses. |
