DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
A 50% deposit of the entire stay is required to confirm a reservation within 7 days, upon which we will issue a Confirmation of Reservation. Full payment for accommodation is due from the client no later than 30 days prior to the arrival date, extras to be settled on departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY
"No Shows" or cancellations less than 7 days will result in the full value (100%) of the stay being charged.
Less than 30 days will result in a 50% payment, of the stay.
25% of the stay with less than 60 days will be charged.
Reservations made and cancelled will result in a 10% service handling fee being held from any refunds due.
