Notes:
Rates quoted above are for the whole apartment per night, self catering basis.
A once off departure cleaning charge of R150 for bookings of 3 nights or less.
Weekly or monthly rates are negotiable during off season.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

All reservations must be confirmed by providing proof of payment of deposit, which is 50%, balance payable 7 days before arrival.

Breakage / key deposit payable on arrival, which will be refunded within 24 hours of departure minus any damage / lost keys or breakage costs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Less than 7 days: 100% of deposit
7-14 days: 75% of deposit
14-30 days: 50% of deposit
more than 30 days: 25% of deposit
