Season Self Catering Basis
1 October to 30 November R890 per night for the apartment
1-17 December and 13 January to 30 April R990 per night for the apartment
18 December to 12 January R1450 per night for the apartment
1 May to 30 September, excludes World Cup R790 per night for the apartment
World Cup (10 June to 10 July 2010) R1700 per night for 4 persons, additional persons +R100 per person per night
Notes:
Rates quoted above are for the whole apartment per night, self catering basis.
Weekly or monthly rates are negotiable during off season.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

All reservations must be confirmed by providing proof of payment of deposit, which is 50%, balance payable 7 days before arrival.

Breakage / key deposit payable on arrival, which will be refunded within 24 hours of departure minus any damage / lost keys or breakage costs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Less than 7 days: 100% of deposit
7-14 days: 75% of deposit
14-30 days: 50% of deposit
more than 30 days: 25% of deposit
