Atico Of Penthouses ("Penthouse of Penthouses") is a brand new 2 bedroom luxury penthouse situated high up on Signal Hill in Fresnaye. The luxury penthouse is a fully equipped self-catering holiday apartment with magnificent views of the ocean, Robben Island all the way to the city.

Accommodation


This luxury apartment is split into two levels (main level and exclusive roof deck area). The penthouse has 24 concierge / security, magnificent views, luxury pool, private Jacuzzi, braai area (barbeque area both private and shared available) and 2 minutes walk from shops, restaurants, coffee shops etc.

On the First Level
The first level consists of a balcony area (big balcony on the second level with exclusive roof deck area), the two bedrooms and the adjoining lounge, dining area (downstairs dining area) and kitchen. The main bedroom is en-suite and has a millionaire’s view of the ocean, Robben Island, Sea Point, Green Point, the World Cup 2010 soccer stadium, as well as the beautiful skies of sunny Cape Town. The room is fitted with a double bed, fan, reading lanterns, a digital safe and a plasma TV screen with satellite PVR.

The guest bedroom is almost en-suite (just open the sliding doors to access the second bathroom) and equipped with a double bed, fan, reading lanterns and a Flatron TV screen with satellite PVR. The second bathroom has a modern high speed jet shower, toilet and basin etc.

The kitchen, lounge and dining room area all have a typical New York open plan style with state of the art furniture and fittings. The lounge area contains a 3-seater leather L-shaped couch with a glass coffee table, a comfy leather recliner chair, 42 inch plasma screen, DVD / CD player and PVR satellite TV.

The first dining area is between the kitchen and lounge with four leather stools that make up typical quick morning breakfast / lunch or dinner eating area for four people. The kitchen is fully kitted to 5 star standards with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, pots / pans and all the usual (glasses, plates, dishes crockery etc).

On the Second Level
From the balcony situated on the first level one would take the spiral staircase to the second level. Once you have been on the second level you will realize why they call this Atico of Penthouses, the private roof deck offers 360 degree views of Signal Hill, Table Mountain, Lion’s Head, the ocean, Robben Island, Bantry Bay, Green Point, Sea Point, the 2010 Soccer World Cup stadium and ships passing by as they head traffic towards the harbour, all from the comfort of the Jacuzzi or deck chairs.

On the roof deck there is also a 4-seater table and chairs (can fit 6 people comfortably), deck chairs, barbeque / braai and the Jacuzzi.
