Stayed at Atholl House for a few nights. the staff were friendly and very accomodating. Amazing view and just a few minutes away from the beach where me and my husband went walking to watch the sunset. The atmosphere at the House really added to us enjoying our time in Camps Bay. |

No words enough to let know how wonderful and nice Atholl House is, very open and light, and very clean. Wireless connection is excellent.
Brendan and Katia taking care of Atholl House, are very nice people, very responsible. You can ask them no matter what, all what they want to do is enhance the stay of their guests the best. They even do some shopping for you if you need something, or helping by faxing and printing documents if necessary. We sure will return there without any doubt

We of course knew upfront that we would have a great view of Camps Bay ,because we did our research on the internet . But seeing the real thing is something else : absolute stunning view looking down on Camps Bay !
Brendan and Katja did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as they could.
Making a reservation for a good restaurant , or helping you out in any other way is what they do .
Spacious rooms with a modern interior , and wireless internet connection throughout the house made our stay really wonderful .
Ask Katja for a boiled egg ; she's got this ingenious device to make the just the way you like it !
Nothing to complain about Atholl House .Very, very good !

What a delight it was to stay at Atholl House! Conveniently located near the beach in a beautiful part of Cape Town, the house is lovely and the views are truly stunning. When we (my boyfriend, brother, his wife and I) first arrived at Atholl, I got out of the car and stood a while simply to enjoy the sight of the mountains and ocean. It was probably one of the best views I've ever had in a hotel. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed with every amenity. We especially loved the fact that our bathroom had both a shower and a huge bathtub complete with candles and bubble bath. Housekeeping services were impeccable, the staff were friendly, and the proprietors were helpful and gracious. Breakfast was great - both hot and cold options - at no additional charge. While it was too cold to swim when we were there, the pool looked very inviting. And best of all was the price! It was a truly fabulous deal. If we are ever in Cape Town again, I wouldn't think of staying at another place. |

Atholl House is beautifully located overlooking Camps Bay (best place in Cape Town:) and The Twelve Apostles. Close driving distance to the busy city centre but also close to scenic coastal route. Having recently been refurbished to a high standard it has completely met our needs. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the view from our lovely terrace was spectacular (sunsets!). Brendan is a great host. He was very helpful and it was always nice to have a little chat with him at the beginning or at the end of the day! The breakfasts were delicious, great scrambled eggs and a big choice of fresh bread...mmm!!!! We want to go back!!! |

Atholl House is a great place to make as a base while visiting Cape Town. The venue is lovely, safe parking, quiet, lovely spacious clean rooms with views over the bay to die for. Camps Bay is a great location to base yourself to visit all the sites of Cape Town and the surrounding area. Hiring a car although not essential is a big help. Katya the new owner is a delight, always around to check everything is just so for her guests. We would thoroughly recommend this B&B for a wonderful holiday. |

My sister and I spent 5 great days in Atholl house. Katja and Jessica were so caring and available. The room, breakfast, view, service was very good. I recommend it to anybody that would like to spend some days in Camps Bay. We felt so safe there that even left our room doors unlocked while out, in South Africa! |

My stay at Atholl House was amazing. Roseanne was a fantastic hostess and the facilities were clean, and beautiful. The views from the porch were breathtaking. The breakfast was incredible and everything about my stay was great. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone staying in Cape Town. Camps Bay is a great area and the walk to the beach from the house is only 5 minutes downhill (on your way back up I recommend a taxi as the climb is very steep. I also suggest only walking in the middle of the day, at night it is safer to take a taxi.) |
