DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Full pre-payment is required in order to secure your booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation 0-7 days prior to check-in date, forfeit the full deposit.
Cancellation 7-14 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 75% of the deposit.
Cancellation 14-21 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
Cancellation 21-28 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
Cancellation 29 days or more prior to check-in date, forfeit 20% of the deposit.

In the event of an early departure or a no show we will market the remaining nights not occupied. If we manage to let the unit, to the same number of guests, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Where a credit card has been used to pay the deposit the bank charges incurred for the transaction will also be deducted from all deposits/ parts thereof refunded.
