Arcadia Villa is a beautifully appointed self catering holiday home with three bedrooms. The home has very high ceilings making it open and spacious. The main bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and has a full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower only. The third bedroom is ideal for children as it has a Queen-size bed and a day bed. The room leads onto a little astro-turf play area and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The room can be converted into an adult friendly room if need be. The fully equipped kitchen, living area and dining area are all open plan and lead out onto a patio with a swimming pool, gas braai and dining table.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total. If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit. If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit. If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
