Overlooking the Bluff National Park Golf Club, an 18 hole golf course, and in walking distance of one of KwaZulu Natal’s more renowned and internationally recognized beaches - Ansteys and Brighton Beach.

The White House Annex has a central location, within 15 minutes drive to Durban CBD and its many attractions, makes it an ideal choice for holiday and business visitors wishing to experience everything that Durban has to offer.

Secured with alarm system, fully fenced, lockup garage, ample secure onsite parking, and outdoor patio, DsTV (selected channels), well fitted kitchen with modern day conveniences. The kitchen and dining room leads out onto the entertainment area which is perfect for evening braais. The Annex is suitable for both business travelers seeking convenience and leisure visitors wanting a calmer, private and less touristy experience. Guests do not “share” the property with other guests. The hosts are five minutes away from the Annex, which enable families and groups to be together in their own privacy.

Annex The White House offers three bedrooms
Main bedroom: Queen-size bed with en suite shower, double wash hand basin and toilet.
2nd Bedroom: Queen-size room with common bathroom, single basin with separate guest toilet.
3rd Bedroom: Twin bedroom sharing the common bath room and guest toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with under counter oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, cutlery and crockery. The dining room leads to exterior table / chairs for outside dining / braai (barbecue) area. The lounge is open plan with couches, armchair, colour television with selected satellite channels. The house is comfortably furnished with the requirements expected and is serviced daily. A step away from shopping facilities, internet café and restaurants to suit a variety of tastes.
