The Ground Level Exclusive Use Holiday Apartments are sea facing with 180 degree sea views. All apartments comprise three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge, large verandah and sleeps six people. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds. The second bathroom is shared between these two bedrooms and is equipped with a shower and bath, hand basins and WC. The kitchen is fully equipped for all self-catering needs. Apartments are fully furnished and equipped, including dishwasher and microwave. Television is in the lounge with a satellite connection and ‘Easy View’ channels. In order to access the full spectrum of Multichoice, tenants should bring their own decoder, ‘sim card’ and remote, or they can hire from Martin Electronics. Secure covered parking is available.

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

      Can I pay the deposit at month end?

      That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged.
