Anguna Holiday Flats are superior self-catering holiday apartments situated on the Margate North Blue Flag "Lucien Beach". Margate is recognized as a South African holiday paradise.

ACCOMMODATION

The complex comprises two blocks. The Back Block has one holiday apartment on the first floor. This apartment has a limited sea view from the balcony. Access to the beach is through a side door next to the front block or via the Main Entrance gate.

The Front Block consists of six flats - three on the ground level and three on the first floor. All six flats are sea facing with 180 degree sea view. The gate from the lawn leads onto the lifeguard protected ‘Lucien’ swimming beach.

All apartments comprise three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan kitchen, diningroom and lounge, large verandah and sleeps six people.

Apartments are fully furnished and equipped, including dishwasher and microwave.
Television is in the lounge with a satellite connection and ‘Easy View’ channels. In order to access the full spectrum of Multichoice, tenants should bring their own decoder, ‘sim card’ and remote, or they can hire from Martin Electronics.

Secure covered parking is available.

LOCATION

Anguna is within easy walking distance of Margate's CBD shopping and restaurants.

Anguna is within 30 minutes of several top international quality golf courses. Close proximity also to many other sporting facilities such as fishing, surfing, squash, tennis, bowls and horse riding.

Attractions such as the bird park, crocodile farm, Oribi Gorge, Kiddies Finland, Wild Coast Sun Casino and Microlite flying are close by. Deep sea fishing and scuba diving at Protea Reef can be arranged with charters from Shelly Beach.

There are daily flights from Johannesburg International to King Shaka International Airport. The airport is two hour’s drive from Anguna.
