Anchor's Rest accommodation consists of 3 luxury Self Catering suites and 1 twin roomed Bed & Breakfast suite. Each of the suites offers the following facilities: Private entrance, King size, Queen size or single beds, Air-conditioning in all rooms, Ceiling fans in all rooms, En-suite bathrooms.
All suites are supplied with towels, linen, soap and bath oils. TV in every room, Well appointed kitchen (except the Twin Roomed B&B suite, which has a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities). The Self Catering suites are fully equipped with cooking and eating utensils, Tea and coffee facilities, Lounge area, Private patio. All suites are serviced on a daily basis.
Anchor's Rest provides excellent security, including electric fencing all round, alarms on the gates and CCTV watching each external entrance. A solar heated pool is provided for greater swimming comfort throughout the year.
Children 10 years and older are welcome.
Suite 1:
Large luxuriously appointed garden suite sleeps two adults and a maximum of two children. This well appointed self catering suite also features a modern en-suite bathroom as well as a well fitted kitchenette. Suite 1 is also the "Honeymoon Suite" as it is very private and equipped with a king size bed for added comfort and has its own small lounge area and private covered patio. The garden in front of suite1 is very beautiful and has an abundance of bird life in the indigenous trees that face onto this lovely suite. On arrival, honeymoon couples are spoilt with a bottle of ice cold bubbly, chocolates and a bouquet of flowers. This suite is situated in the lower garden and is very private, away from the other guests, complete with its own entrance.
Suite 2:
Large beautifully appointed garden suite sleeps two adults and a maximum of one child. This self contained self catering suite features a modern en-suite bathroom, with a large corner bath and a well appointed kitchenette. The large covered patio in front of suite 2 is ideal for outdoor living and is a superb braai (BBQ) area. Situated in the lower garden away from other guests and has the feeling of being in your own private garden apartment.
Suite 3:
An exclusive well appointed suite that has two interleading rooms that offers greater privacy for a third person. Bathroom, complete with separate shower, bath, toilet and wash basin. It is equipped with TV in both rooms, dressing table and bedside tables, a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Sea views from the veranda and a private table and chairs looking over the swimming pool.
Suite 4:
A large luxuriously appointed suite complete with its own private patio, sun loungers and braai (BBQ) area, overlooking the swimming pool and garden. This self catering suite sleeps two in luxuriously equipped spacious surroundings, with a large beautifully appointed modern en-suite bathroom. Facilities include TV, dressing table and bedside tables, hair dryer and a well equipped kitchenette that includes a sink, microwave, two plate oven and tea/coffee making facilities.
At Anchor's Rest you can choose between "self catering" or the "bed & breakfast" option. Should you decide to go for the bed & breakfast option, a full cooked breakfast, as well as the option of a hearty continental breakfast is served in the dining room, or on the patio - weather permitting.
