CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations are required to be made in writing. No money is taken unless cancellation policy comes into force. Although no deposit is requested, credit card details are required to confirm a reservation. The booking is confirmed on condition that 50% of the total accommodation cost is payable for cancellation within 14 days of arrival. A further 50% is payable for cancellation less than 7 nights prior to arrival or in the event of a NO-SHOW. A PRO-RATA refund will be made for any night which is able to be reallocated to a new guest. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance which will protect you from unnecessary costs resulting from cancellations.
