I recently stayed at Ambience and I have to say that the website does not do it justice. The word “ambience” has many meanings, namely; Atmosphere; Feel; Setting; Environment; Mood; Vibes; Character; Air; Quality. I have to say that each one of these words is an accurate description.
From the moment you walk through the beautiful wooden doors, you feel a sense of peace and tranquility. Just imagine this scene for a moment…
On opening the door, you look upon a glistening pool surrounded by gorgeous green gardens. A few steps forward and you’re standing on a wooden deck that lies over a koi pond that surrounds the building. The sounds of birds and the gentle moving of water is all you can hear. Your nostrils are filled with the scent of sweet smelling flowers.
Hmmmm, Heaven!
Each room has its own indoor and outdoor shower. The décor is stylish and the minute you walk in, you feel at home. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and there is ample cupboard space. Each room leads to the magnificent gardens, where you can relax amongst beauty and sip on a glass of red wine.
Breakfast at Ambience is an experience all on its own. Your food is exquisitely prepared and presented. You sit in the dining area with sun gleaming in through the many windows; doors open up onto the gardens and the koi swim happily around you.
Finally, the owners of Ambience are wonderful people. They accommodate your every need, and the smile you receive is genuine.
My only suggestion… After tasting the breakfasts, PLEASE will you two start making dinners too!

An excellent stay in a lovely environment with very accomodating hosts. Each room has a back garden with outside shower. Really a lovely place to stay. |

Our stay at Ambience Inn was delightful - we will definitely be recommending it to all our family and friends, and will return if we are in the area again. The name is most apt and the hosts Hannes and Issy were wonderful and their service excellent. value for money was excellent too. |

Our hosts were charming, attentive and helpful. Breakfast was beautifully presented in most pleasant surroundings, looking over a wonderfully maintained and very pretty garden.
All in all, a very pleasant 2 nights, in addition to our previous visits. |
