DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
Accommodation will only be reserved on receipt of a booking deposit (50% of the quoted booking amount.) If the reservation deposit is not received within 3 days of request, we reserve the right to re-book at our sole discretion.
We charge R500 breakages deposit which is payable on arrival and is refundable at check out time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation of a booking we reserve the right to withhold a minimum of 15% of the total cost of stay.
However, should the cancellation be for a peak period we will only refund as follows:
3 months or more notice - refund will be 80%
1 month up to 3 months - refund will be 50%
Less than 1 month and (off peak less than 7days) - refund will be NIL.
