Situated only two kilometres from the V&A Waterfront, with views of the Atlantic Ocean and Signal Hill, Alansa offers you great family accommodation with all the amenities in close proximity. With restaurant on-site, one also has the choice to make use of the bus and taxi service, which is on route. Take a stroll along the promenade or for those wishing to keep fit you’ll find many joining you for a jog along the beautiful coastline. Alansa is also close to other restaurants, shops, laundry facilities, gyms, tennis courts, a putt-putt course, maize and golf courses.

ACCOMMODATION:


Sleeping a maximum of six people (4 adults; 2 children) this apartment is fully equipped for self-catering purposes. Colour TV with all local channels, M-Net and a video machine is to be found in the spacious lounge where one can unwind. The unit contains a washing machine and tumble dryer.

An extra TV available in the second bedroom, to be used for playstations only. Beds consist of one queen size (main bedroom), two single beds (second bedroom), and two quickbeds (single size), more suited for smaller children. Alansa also has a dining room for six and a full bathroom. Electronic safe, accessible in main bedroom. Secure parking is available.

Things to do in and around Cape Town: Victoria and Alfred Waterfront (two kilometres from flat/apartment): The V&A waterfront is the ideal place to relax or be adventurous with all it has on offer. Here you’ll find buskers, entertainers and street festivals, lively music at the open air Amphitheatre, eleven cinemas historic buildings, arts and crafts, curio shops, the Two Oceans Aquarium and the South African Maritime Museum. There are numerous restaurants and fast food outlets to choose from with an abundance of retail outlets offering a vibrant mix of items. There are taverns and pubs with views over the harbour.

Walks and tours, boat trips and harbour cruises, water taxis, helicopter flips, seaplane rides are just some of the other things on offer. The Nelson Mandela gateway at the V&A Waterfront’s Clock Tower Precinct is the departure point for ferries and a moving tour of Robben Island and it’s Maximum Security Prison, used under the apartheid regime.

Visit the top of Table Mountain by cable car or hiking trail, go Horse Riding along the dunes and beaches of Cape Town.
