We offer well appointed luxury rooms, each individually decorated and featuring full en suite bathrooms with shower and bath, Crabtree & Evelyn bathroom amenities, Bath sheets, Crisp white linen, down duvets & feather pillows, Satellite TV, DVD players and a variety of DVD's, Coffee and tea trays, fridge with complimentary mineral water, hair dryers, a communal sitting room/library, beach towels, and a communal patio for sun drenched days.

Breakfast & Dining

Not only do we offer a very comfortable bed for the weary traveler, but also meals to make you swoon with delight. Ease into the day with a three course breakfast affair which will get you off to a great start. After a day of activities or just lazying about return to ah! guest house for a delicious dinner made from the finest products available. Gournet dinners by appointment only and bookings must be made in advance or by 12h00 on the day. Come enjoy West Coast hospitality at its best.

Activities and Facilities

For bookworms and movie fanatics we offer a small library with a wide range of books, magazines and DVD’s to keep you entertained during your stay.

Up for adventure? Try kayaking, wind surfing or kite surfing. Too active? Why not visit the Cape Columbine light house and nature reserve on your way to the famous Tietiesbaai, or browse through our shops where local potters and fine artists ply their trade. Never a dull moment in Paternoster, even if you choose to do a spot of whale and bird watching or just kick back and enjoy cocktails on the stoep.

Beyond the boundaries of Paternoster you can visit the fossil park near Hopefield or the West Coast Nature Reserve close to Langebaan. During the flower season the Postberg section of the reserve is open to the public. You will be amazed at the beauty and splendour.

For the thirsty there is Groote Post, Cloof, Alexanderfontein and Darling Cellars. Riebeeck-Kasteel, a 90 minute drive away offers the famous Allesverloren and Kloovenburg estates. A myriad of eateries in Riebeeck Kasteel will keep the hunger at bay. Or if your thirst and hunger is for something more cultural, try Evita se Perron in Darling where famous actor Pieter-Dirk Uys will entertain you on more than just koeksisters and melktert.
