How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If the booking is cancelled 30 days or more in advance then there is no cancellation charge.
If the booking is cancelled 14 - 29 days in advance : 25% of the value of the booking will be charged.
If the booking is cancelled 7 - 15 days in advance : 50% of the value of the booking will be charged.
If the booking is cancelled 0 - 6 days in advance : 100% of the value of the booking will be charged.
