DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
Unless otherwise arranged, for both local and overseas bookings, 50% deposit is payable within 7 days of booking. The balance is payable on the day of departure, or where we are dealing with business bookings, on the day of arrival.
Please note peak season December / January booking procedure as follows:
10% deposit payable within 7 days of booking.
40% (bal of deposit) - payable by 30 September
Balance remaining (50%) – payable by 15 November
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation policy for single rooms: 0-14 days prior to arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
Cancellation policy for block bookings of 2 rooms or more: 0-28 days, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
Cancellation policy for peak season bookings: less than 2 months prior to arrival: forfeit 100% of the deposit.
