DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 30% deposit is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If reservation is cancelled or reduced within 10 days of the date of reservation, the deposit will not be refunded.
If reservation is cancelled or reduced within 10 - 30 days of the date of reservation, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
If reservation is cancelled or reduced more than 30 days of the date of reservation, the deposit will be refunded, less a cancellation fee of 10% of the contracted value .
