DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

All reservations must be confirmed by email and require a 50% deposit.
The balance to be settled at departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A no-show fee will be raised if a guaranteed reservation is not taken up.
Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival date: 80% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation between 30 and 90 days prior to arrival date: 30% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation between 10 and 30 days prior to arrival date: the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation less than 10 days prior to arrival date: the deposit will not be refunded and if the room cannot be resaled for the booked period, the client will be responsible for the full amount of the booking.
