A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Any bookings without a deposit are not confirmed bookings and the accommodation will be re-let if the payment is not received by the agreed payment date. The remaining 50% is due on arrival. Deposits are not refundable in the event of cancellation or non arrival.

Cancellation made over 28 days before arrival : full refund of deposit
Cancellation made 21 - 28 days before arrival: 75% refund
Cancellation made 14 - 20 days before arrival: 50% refund
Cancellation made 7 - 13 days before arrival: 25% refund
Cancellation made within 6 days of arrival: no refund
