DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 50% deposit of the cost of the entire stay is required to confirm a booking. You will receive a written confirmation of your booking from 80 on Brighton. The balance is payable on departure, along with any extras incurred.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Last minute cancellations, no shows or early departures are liable for the total cost of the entire stay.
The full deposit will be forfeited for cancellations made 1 to 7 days before actual arrival date.
Cancellations received between 8 and 21 days before the date or arrival will result in 50% of the deposit forfeited.
For cancellations made 22 days or more prior to arrival, the deposit is fully refundable.
