There is a large open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room area which has a partial sea view. The dining room table comfortably seats eight. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dish washer, microwave, convection oven, a built in stove and a large fridge-freezer.
There is a large flat screen LCD TV with full DStv. A small HiFi which is iPod compatible.
The outdoor areas consist of a private decked courtyard with outdoor lounger and a Weber braai. There is a small sunny patio off the dining room area. Lastly there is a small viewing deck out back also with a partial sea view and a view of Lion’s Head. There is no washing machine or tumble dryer but a laundry service can be provided on request. The apartment can be serviced daily or weekly on request. These services are not included in the rental charges.
The apartment is 50 steps down Clifton Steps from Kloof Road, where ample street parking is always available even in high season. These steps are well lit at night. A further 100 steps takes you down to the amazing Clifton 2nd beach. It is a 15 minute stroll to trendy Camps Bay – packed with restaurants and shops and a lovely beach.
From Kloof Road there is direct access onto Lion’s Head which has wonderful mountain trails for running or walking and links onto the Table Mountain trails. Its a 10 minute drive to the V & A Waterfront and vibey De Waterkant. Due to its location on Clifton Steps the area is very quiet with no passing vehicular traffic and very few pedestrians. Although this is a very low crime area – almost unheard of on Clifton steps - the apartment is very secure with high quality retractable Trellidoors covering all doors and windows.

No smoking is allowed.
Children of all ages are welcome although not really suitable for babies and toddlers due to its location on Clifton Steps.
