• To confirm your booking your credit card details (number and expiry date) are required as well as a 50% deposit transfered into our bank account.
• Balance to be paid on arrival day in cash or upfront via bank-transfer

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made in writing. In the event of notification of cancellation, the following cancellation fee shall apply on the full booking:

More than 60 days prior to arrival: 30% of full accommodation costs
More than 30 days prior to arrival: 60% of full accommodation costs
Within 30 days of arrival: 100% of full accommodation costs
Premature departure or “no show”: 100% of full accommodation costs

Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re let rooms.
