This is a very good place to stay in Franschhoek. Mercia, lady in charge, is efficient and caring. Good sized rooms, which are well organised. An easy ten-minute walk in to a delightful town. You could stay somewhere else out of town, pay a lot more, and then have to drive just to get out the gate....

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 3 On Roux. We were made to feel most welcome. The room was excellent, the bed extremely comfortable, the area very peaceful and quiet at night ensuring an excellent sleep - in fact everything was exactly as you would want it. We stayed at 3 on Roux in July on the weekend of the Bastille Festival. The room was large & bright, yet warm and cosy and it was immaculately clean. Wessel & Mercia were excellent hosts and invited us for a glass of wine in front of the fire on a cold and wet Sunday afternoon. Within a weekend it felt that we had made new friends. Mercia went more than the extra mile to accommodate my food intolerances and they both made our 30th wedding anniversary very special. Mercia also gave us valuable information of places to visit around Franschhoek. We never experienced such warm hospitality at any B&B before. With love from Roelof & Sume Botha

10 star friendliness and hospitality - so much so that we stayed for 6 nights and made it our base to visit the beautiful area. Room was beautiful, sunny and airey and extremely comfortable. The true essense of what a "Bed & Breakfast" should be. Perhaps we can return the hospitality if you visit Australia. Love Val and Tom.

We were a bit nervous at first about what awaits us as we arrived for our honeymoon weekend getaway. & when we opened the door & stepped inside we did not want to leave! Franschoek will always be our love place & this B&B will always be one of our fondest memories! The kindness, warm inviting friendliness & total at home away from home feel is what we experienced in our stay! We will oneday soon definitely be going back to 3 on Roux!
