Situated in the coastal resort of Umdloti along the North Coast of KwaZulu Natal, 301 Sorjente is a 3 bedroom unit, right across the road from the Umdloti tidal pool (and nothing in between).

Situated on the 3rd floor, the unit is accessible by elevator and stairs and offers unparalled seaviews. This is one of the only apartment blocks to offer 24 hour security, and in addition there are two reserved parking bays for guests. The beach here is ideal for families with children, given the many rock pools and protected swimming area.

Self Catering Accommodation

Sleeping a maximum of six people in three bedrooms, the décor is fresh and contemporary with an ocean feel throughout. Muted tones and chic clean lines, immediately set the holiday tone. The main bedroom is queen bedded with air-conditioning and spectacular sea views. The ensuite is equipped with toilet, basin and shower only (no bath). This room leads out onto the balcony through double doors.

The second bedroom is double bedded and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom which is twin bedded (two single beds). This bathroom is equipped with toilet, basin, shower and bath. These two bedrooms are not air-conditioned, but the third bedroom has a beautiful sea-view from the one window.

Facilities

A lovely large balcony runs the width of the flat and has a large outdoor dining suite, perfect for taking in the views over a traditional South African braai. The open plan lounge is equipped with DSTV (no need to bring your own card) and the kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, fridge and washing machine as well as crockery and cutlery. The balcony offers a built-in braai facility as well as weber.

The apartment is serviced Monday to Friday, but should you require weekends and public holidays, these can be arranged at extra cost. Children are welcome. No smoking, no pets and no functions allowed. All linen and bath towels are provided, but beach towels are not.

Location

Below on the ground floor of the building, are a couple of popular eateries and a small beach shop, which is great for those days you don’t feel like cooking. Grocery shops such as Spar are a two minute drive down the road in the centre of Umdloti as well as more restaurants and pubs.

King Shaka Airport is an approximate seven minute drive away and the village of Umhlanga is an approximate 10 minute drive away. Here the ultimate shopping experience at Gateway awaits, as well as offering movies, restaurants, a wave pool, skate board park, climbing wall and much more. Some of Natal’s finest golf courses are within easy reach and the chance to spot the Big 5 is just a couple of hours away.
